Pain in Lower Back and Groin

For over a year, I experienced pain which started in my lower back and would radiate to the groin. My pain level was about a 10, and I had to force myself to do all of my daily activities. It was almost impossible for me to get in and out of a chair or the car. It was difficult to sit for very long at a time. I was unable to work in my garden and yard. I also had a hard time climbing stairs, and our home has both a basement and an upstairs. It got so bad that it was even difficult to walk without limping. I could not put much weight on the side that was hurting. At times I had trouble sleeping and did a lot of tossing and turning throughout the night to alleviate the pain.

My brother and sister-in-law referred me to Dr. Link, and I began treatment with him on May 2nd. It is now June 4th, and I am able to walk, kneel down in my garden and get back up, sit, and get in and out of chairs and cars with very little pain. Now, my energy and motivation levels are great, and I am enjoying life more. Thank you, Dr. Link!
