Pain Sitting and Standing
I was to the point where the pain was so bad I could not stand up anymore and I could not stand up straight when I did try to stand up. It was very uncomfortable to try to sit in a chair, but trying to get up from the chair after sitting for a while was even worse. That was during the first of September.
I would still do my work as a contractor, but not as well as I wanted to do it. I was glad harvest time was not here yet because in September I could not have done the harvesting. But by the time harvest season arrived I had had three weeks of treatments and it was still difficult, but nothing like it was. I was able to sit in the combine all day. I could walk better and sit better.
Now I can do what I want to do when I want to do it without a lot of pain. I can move around much better and do almost anything I want to do.
I have always been a very active person. I am not one to sit and do nothing. Thanks to Dr. Link I’m almost normal again.
