Hi – My name is Nelda. I have been suffering from sciatic nerve with pain across my buttocks and down my left leg – sometimes down into my foot. I’ve suffered for at least three and a half years or longer.

I’ve been to a chiropractor several times and got some relief, but the pain always came back. I got an Epidural-Steroid injection shot in my lower spine on September 23, 2004 at my doctor’s request.
