I had severe headaches lasting almost a week at a time. I would take Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but they would not phase the headaches. I could not do my regular routine of housework. I had no energy and always wanted to lay down all the time because of my head hurting. I had to miss quite a lot of work when these headaches came on. I was on edge because I wasn’t there for my family because I was in so much pain myself. I had trouble sleeping. I would toss and turn and I didn’t get enough sleep. I couldn’t focus at work or at home and I had no energy. I would just lay down constantly trying to get rid of my headaches.

After I had three adjustments for four weeks from Dr. Link, I’ve had more energy and patience with work. I go home and am able to do laundry, and housework. I am able to spend more time with my family. I feel like going places with them now. My kids have seen a big difference and my outlook on life is better. My housework is getting done. Now I enjoy starting the day and getting through the day without having a headache. I feel like I am gaining control over my life.
