Lower Back Pain
Before coming to Dr. Link, I suffered for about one year with lower back pain that went down into my knee. My ankles were swollen, and I could barely walk. I also had difficulty standing and sitting for even short periods of time. On a pain scale of one to ten, mine was at least a nine. I also had a lot of difficulty with stairs and getting in and out of the car. I had my right knee replaced, but it was still stiff. The orthopedic surgeon suggested I have the left knee replaced also, but I really did not want another operation. He gave me a shot of cortisone, which helped a little.
By the following October, the pain became unbearable, so I began treatment with Dr. Link. Now, five months later, my pain level is about a two, and I have very little pain. I am able to do my cleaning again, and I can reach better. I am able to sit and stand again. When I was in a lot of pain, I was a little depressed, but now that I have less pain, I am happier.
Dr. Link’s adjustments and supplements have helped a lot to eliminate the pain I was experiencing. My quality of life is much better now!
