About two years ago, I started having problems with my neck and shoulders. There was constant pain in those areas, and I was experiencing severe headaches. The backs of both of my arms were numb above the elbows all the time. On a pain scale of one to ten, my pain was at least a ten. I was unable to sleep at night and was unable to do things I had been doing all my life, such as reaching, lifting and painting. I also could not mow the grass, garden or work in my flowers.
